A.M.C (Annual Maintenance Contract)

Comprehensive

  • The Comprehensive Annual Maintenance Contract fee will be paid in advance.
  • The Comprehensive Annual Maintenance Contract will start from the date as mutually agreed upon.
  • During this period the service for all the airconditioners will be carried out every 3 months.
  • The Contract covers all Electrical Parts, Compressor, Fan Motor & Blower Motor.
  • The Contract does not cover the Front Grill, Outer Casing, Remote Control, Condencer Coil & Cooling Coil.
  • Payment should be made in favour of "Aeon Airconditioning Solutions".

Non-Comprehensive

  • The Non-Comprehensive Annual Maintenance Contract fee will be paid in advance.
  • The Non-Comprehensive Annual Maintenance Contract will start from the date as mutually agreed upon.
  • During this period the service for all the airconditioners will be carried out every 3 months.
  • During this period the breakdown calls will be attended for free, the charges for the spare parts & accessories will be borne by the client.
  • Payment should be made in favour of "Aeon Airconditioning Solutions".

OUR OBLIGATIONS

  1. All complaints/breakdowns will be attended promptly.
  2. Engineers and other service employees of the company will perform their work during normal working hours.
  3. They will exercise ordinary care & diligence in rendering service & will endeavor to cause as little inconvenience as possible.
  4. Renewal of maintenance contract after expiry shall be at the discretion of the company and at the rates prevalent at that time.
